We at EIS Inc. take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified.
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations.
What do we handle storage, use and processing of your Information?
We collect the personal information such as your name, company name and email address, only when you fill-in these details on Contact Us webpage and send it to us. We do not collect any of these personal details automatically. This data is collected and stored by us, only when you voluntarily provide it to us. If and when you send us this data as part of inquiries using the contact form, your details from this inquiry form, including your personal contact information will be stored for processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed by us to anyone outside of our organization without your consent. The processing of the data entered in the contact form therefore takes place exclusively based on your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time. In this regard, an informal communication to us by e-mail (info@eisinc.com) is enough.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, which helps in rendering our website pages as per your browser and operating system settings. IP address is NOT stored by us and this information gets deleted automatically once you close our website.
You can visit and browse our website without providing any personal data, if you so desire.

For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by you. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.
